An extension of an old covered stand in concrete, this new roof expands over the remaining three stands to finally complete and modernize this 1950's stadium, bringing its capacity to 12 500 spectators. The new architecture of the stadium selfconsciously meets the old without touching it and, thus, together, they form a unique whole. The tribunes are covered with a cantilevered roof with an overhang of more than 25 metres. Flexibility, easier processing, durability and the simple maintenance of steel were key factors to select steel as a material in this elegant project.

Extension d'une ancienne tribune couverte en béton, ce nouveau toit s'étend sur les 3 tribunes restantes pour finalement compléter et moderniser ce stade des années 1950, améliorant sa capacité jusqu'à 12 500 spectateurs. La nouvelle architecture du stade rencontre l'ancienne sans la heurter et ensemble, elles forment un tout. Les tribunes sont recouvertes d'un toit en porte à faux avec un débord de plus de 25 mètres. Flexibilité, mise en oeuvre plus simple, durabilité et maintenance aisée ont été les points clés qui ont menés au choix de l'acier comme matériau à ce projet élégant.

Das neue Dach ist die Erweiterung einer alten, überdachten Zuschauertribüne aus Beton und spannt sich über die restlichen drei Tribünen. Somit ist das Stadion aus den 50er Jahren endlich fertig gestellt und fasst nun modernisiert bis zu 12.500 Besucher. Die neue Architektur des Stadions trifft selbstbewusst auf die alte, ohne mit ihr zu verschmelzen und trotzdem bilden beide Teile ein harmonisches Ganzes. Die Tribünen sind mit einem mehr als 25 m auskragendem Dach überspannt. Flexibilität, einfache Verarbeitung, Langlebigkeit und der geringe Aufwand bei der Instandhaltung der Stahlkonstruktion waren ausschlaggebende Kriterien dafür, den Werkstoff Stahl für dieses elegante Projekt zu wählen.
