The shopping centre has a captivating effect due to its simple structure with large public appeal and its own architectural language. The steel structure allows for a maximum utilization of the space as well as an independent design of the building envelope. The inventive design for the façade reflects the commercial function of the building and gives it an individual identity. A changing night- and day image of the building shows through the light slots in the façades skin, which enhances the surrounding exterior space.
