The quadruple colonnade which makes up the facades creates the public character of this concert hall whilst offering visitors a feeling of intimacy inside. The play of light around the slender columns generates a changing environment following the pattern of night and day.
The extended roof continues to develop the strong architectural and tectonic design which is achieved with an efficient steel structure.

Die als Vierfachkolonnaden gestalteten Fassaden verleihen der Konzerthalle einen öffentlichen Charakter und wahren gleichzeitig für die Besucher im Innern das Gefühl der Abgeschlossenheit. Das die schlanken Säulen umspielende Licht erzeugt ein Tag und Nacht
entsprechend veränderliches Wechselspiel. Die Dacherweiterung unterstreicht die mit Stahl erreichte wirkungsvolle Gebäudearchitektur
und -tektonik.

La quadruple colonnade métallique constituant la façade de cette salle de concert confère à celle-ci sa véritable identité, en même temps qu’elle introduit ses invités à une ambiance d’intimité intérieure. Le jeu de la lumière entre ces mêmes colonnes conduit tout au long du jour à une atmosphère sans cesse changeante. Le rythme du parti architectural, rappelé jusque dans le débord de la toiture, est ici remarquablement servi par une excellente exécution des structures métalliques.
