This facility was designed as an integral part of the public space. Two interlocking volumes form a construction of demonstrative architectural design: the cinema building houses eight theatres with a total seating capacity of 2600, and the Crystal - a glass and steel structure volume - provides the functions of foyer and town square.

Diese Einrichtung ist als integrierender Bestandteil der öffentlichen Anlagen konzipiert worden. Zwei ineinander verschachtelte Volumen bilden ein unter architektonischen Gesichtspunkten ostentatives Gebäude. Das aus acht Kinosälen bestehende Kino bietet Platz für insgesamt 2 600 Personen. Der Crystal, ein Gebäude aus Glas und Stahl, verbindet die Funktionen eines Wohnheimes mit den Funktionen einer Grünanlage.

Cet équipement a été conçu comme une partie intégrante de l'espace public. Deux volumes s'emboîtent pour former un bâtiment à l'architecture démonstrative : le volume du cinéma qui contient huit salles pouvant accueillir au total 2 600 personnes, et le Crystal - un volume de verre et structure en acier - dans lequel se trouvent mêlées les fonctions de foyer et de square.
