The complexity of this building integrating a shopping centre and various types of offices closely connected to the urban surroundings allows for a nice combination of steel, stainless steel and composite construction elements. The multi-storey steel structure, partly visible, with large spans of 18 meters and very thin floors, adapts itself to different scales of architecture and multiple uses.

La complexité de ce bâtiment qui intègre un centre commercial et différents types de bureaux étroitement intégrés dans le contexte urbain environnant présente une délicate combinaison d’éléments en acier, en acier inoxydable et en construction mixte. La structure des bâtiments à étages est en partie visible. Elle présente des portées de 18 mètres avec des planchers très minces et s’adapte ainsi aux différentes échelles mises en oeuvre et aux usages multiples de ce centre urbain.

Die mehrgeschossige, teilweise sichtbare Stahlkonstruktion mit großen Spannweiten bis zu 18 Metern und den sehr schlanken Geschossdecken passt sich hervorragend an unterschiedliche architektonische Elemente und Nutzungen an.
