A well designed project showing the many possibilities in the use of steel, including a space frame floor and very original roof incorporating tension cables. All of the structural forms are visible and have been used inventively and appropriately.

This flexible and wide-span, composite, fire protected structure is an innovative response to a demanding programme and tght building schedule. The architecture of the public spaces is animated by sculptural lightweigh walways and roofing.
